14-15 year olds may work Saturdays only during the school year and any day of the week during Spring, Summer and Winter breaks.
Starting Pay:
14-15 year olds ($12 per hr)
16-17 year olds ($14-$16 per hr)
18+ year olds ($18-$20 per hr)
No Tip Policy:
Although the practice of asking customers for tips before serving them has become normal, we are going a different direction. We don’t ask for tips at the point of sale or after. No pressure on our customers and no worries about tip share for our staff. 💕Â
Job Description:
Help us love our community by providing the most enjoyable crepe experience possible! All of our Creperistas work on rotation throughout the day doing all the responsibilities shown below so there will never be a dull moment.
Responsibilities
- Make crepes: grilled, filled and presented in a fun way
- Make drinks: smoothies, boba tea and matcha
- Take orders from customers, process payments and provide guidance with the menu
- Clean and organize all work areas, equipment, tables, floors, and bathrooms
- Prepare food and drink ingredients by washing, mixing, cutting, cooking, and brewing
- Receive deliveries and restock dry goods and perishables
