Time:
Starting out part-time, with opportunities for full-time based on performance. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Starting Pay:
$14-$16 per hour with a path towards $18+ per hour within 6 months based on performance.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled foodservice professional with experience as a cook and/or barista. You’ll be taking orders, prepping food, making crepes, teas and smoothies so there will never be a dull moment. If you like making people happy this job is for you.
Qualifications
- High school graduate and 18 years old or older.
- Certified Texas Food Handler
- 1+ years experience working as a cook, barista, or other similar foodservice role.
- Proficient in timely dicing of meats and produce.
- Ability to manage orders effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet service demands and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Strong focus on accuracy and precision to ensure consistency and quality in every item prepared.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team, supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
- Ability to withstand long hours of standing, working in a hot and fast-paced environment, and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Take orders from customers, process payments and provide guidance with the menu.
- Prepare crepes, teas, and smoothies according to recipes ensuring optimal taste, texture, and presentation.
- Frequently wash, clean and organize all work areas, equipment, furniture, floors, and bathrooms.
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients throughout each shift.
- Ensure that all prepared food and drinks meet our quality standards in terms of recipe adherence and presentation.
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate orders, communicate special requests or dietary restrictions, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
